Refund policy

Purchased items are non-refundable but may be subject to a credit note or exchange of identical value. This excludes all perishable products, such as in all its forms of coffee, as well as electronic or electrical machine parts.

Items for return must be in new and unused condition with their original unopened packaging in perfect condition. Otherwise the return will be automatically refused. Purchases can be returned within seven (7) business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

In order to return an item, you must e-mail us at aregusto@aregusto.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product. These instructions may vary, given the size and nature of the product.


You will need to provide the reason for the return as well as your name and order number.

For returns of machines, the machines must be in their original box or in a cardboard box with at least 2 inches (5.08 cm) of bubble wrap around the machine. The box must be able to withstand a weight of at least 18 kg/40 lbs.

Any damage in transit, including scratches, breakage, and any marks on the machine, will invalidate the warranty.

IMPORTANT:
Please be sure to keep all the original boxes of the purchased item, as well as the packaging materials.

You will need them in case of return or in case of activation of the warranty.

If it appears to you that your item is malfunctioning, you must contact us.

Within seven (7) business days after the date of receipt of the goods before making any attempt to fix it.
